Driving Directions
The Gary-The Olivia Theater is located at 249 Flanders Road, Bethlehem, Connecticut 06751 (just north of the main entrance to the Abbey of Regina Laudis at 273 Flanders Road). From Rte 84 take Route 6 heading towards Woodbury, CT. Bear left off of Route 6 onto Flanders Rd. Heading North on Flanders Road, you will pass the Abbey’s Main Entrance where you will see the sign advertising the performance. Please turn right into the parking lot and you will be directed by the parking attendants.
Parking
Parking is available in front of the theater or in the theater parking lot. For those with special needs, you may park close to the theater’s main entrance. Please make your handicap sticker visible. Parking attendants will be there to assist you.
The Box Office
The Box Office, located directly in front of The Gary-The Olivia Theater, is open 1 hour before the scheduled performance. You may reach the box office with questions at: boxoffice@thegarytheolivia.com. Or you may call the theater at (203) 273-5669. Ages 11 yrs. and under have free admission this year. Season Subscription Package, Senior Discounts and Group Sales are available.
General Admission Policy
Clay & Wattles Theater Company has a general admission policy. Seats are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. If you are purchasing admission at the box office prior to an individual performance please allow adequate time (typically 1 hr before performance starts) for parking, admission and seating. Several picnic tables near the theater are available for our patrons for pre-show picnics.
Online Admission
Theatergoers may purchase admission online for the current season. As some of our performances are “sold out,” this allows us to redirect you to an alternate performance date where seats are available. Please note: This option does not reserve you a specific seat but rather ensures you will have a seat for a specific performance under the general admission guidelines. Upon completion of your online purchase your name is immediately entered onto the master list held at the box office.
